How quickly can I get started?

You can have your complete business platform up and running in under 5 minutes. Simply sign up, answer a few questions about your business (name, industry, services), and our AI creates your entire setup: website, CRM, phone agent, chat, scheduling — everything.

Do I need technical skills or coding knowledge?

Not at all. Flexys.ai is designed for entrepreneurs, not developers. Everything is set up automatically by AI. You can customize your website with our visual drag-and-drop editor, manage your CRM with a simple interface, and configure your AI agents without any coding.

Can I try Flexys.ai before committing?

Yes! You try Flexys.AI free for 14 days with full access to all features. You only pay a one-time €3.95 activation fee to start your account — then take your time to decide if it's right for your business.

What happens after the free trial?

After your 14-day trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs. Your data, website, and all configurations are preserved. If you decide not to continue, your account is simply deactivated — no charges, no hassle.

How does the AI website builder work?

When you sign up, our AI generates a complete professional website based on your business information. It includes a homepage, services page, about page, contact page, and legal pages — all SEO-optimized and mobile-responsive. You can then customize everything using our visual drag-and-drop editor, change colors, fonts, images, and content without any coding.

How does the CRM work?

Your CRM is a fully integrated, built-in customer relationship management system. It automatically captures leads from your website contact form, phone calls, webchat, and WhatsApp messages. You can track deals through your sales pipeline, manage contacts, log activities, and get AI-powered insights. Everything syncs automatically — no manual data entry needed.

Can I connect my own domain name?

Yes! You get a free subdomain (yourbusiness.flexys.ai) immediately upon signup. You can connect your own custom domain at any time through the dashboard settings. We handle the SSL certificate automatically.

Does Flexys.ai support multiple languages?

Yes. Your website can be published in multiple languages (Dutch, English, French, Spanish). The AI phone agent speaks multiple languages and can transfer calls to the right language team. The dashboard interface itself supports Dutch and English.

How does the AI phone agent work?

Your AI phone agent answers incoming calls 24/7 with a natural-sounding voice. It's trained on your business information, services, and pricing from your knowledge base. It can: • Answer common questions about your business • Qualify leads and collect contact information • Book appointments directly in your calendar • Transfer urgent calls to you or team members • Handle multiple languages All calls are automatically transcribed and synced to your CRM as activities.

Do I get my own phone number?

Yes. Each business gets a dedicated Dutch phone number (085 number). This number is displayed on your website and business cards. You can also port your existing number.

Can the AI agent book appointments?

Yes! The AI phone agent integrates with your online calendar. When a caller wants to book an appointment, the agent checks your availability in real-time and books the slot. The caller receives an automatic confirmation, and you get notified immediately.

What if the AI can't handle a call?

The AI agent is configured with smart transfer rules. For complex questions or urgent matters, it seamlessly transfers the call to you or the appropriate team member. If no one is available, it takes a detailed message with voicemail transcription and creates a callback task in your CRM.

Is there a limit on call duration or number of calls?

Call duration has a safety maximum of 30 minutes per call (most business calls last 2-5 minutes). There's no hard limit on the number of calls. Usage is included in your plan, with fair-use policies for very high volumes.

Chat, WhatsApp & email

How does the webchat widget work?

The webchat widget appears on your website and lets visitors chat with your AI assistant in real-time. It can answer questions, capture leads, book appointments, and hand off to a human when needed. All conversations are saved in your CRM. The widget is customizable to match your brand colors.

Does Flexys.ai support WhatsApp?

Yes. Your AI assistant can communicate via WhatsApp using your business phone number. Customers can message you on WhatsApp and get instant AI-powered responses. All WhatsApp conversations sync to your CRM alongside phone calls and webchat.

How do email campaigns work?

You can create professional email campaigns using our visual editor or HTML templates. Segment your audience from your CRM data, personalize content with merge tags, and schedule sends. Track opens, clicks, and conversions in real-time. Automatic follow-up sequences let you nurture leads on autopilot. All campaigns are GDPR-compliant with one-click unsubscribe.

Can I send SMS messages?

Yes. Send targeted SMS campaigns for appointment reminders, promotions, or follow-ups. SMS messages can be personalized and scheduled. Read receipts and delivery status are tracked automatically.

Is there a limit on emails or messages?

Email sending limits depend on your membership. The Entry membership includes generous monthly email allowances. Standard and Complete have higher limits suitable for active marketing. SMS messages are billed per message at competitive rates.

What memberships are available?

We offer three memberships: • Entry (€29.95/month) — Perfect for freelancers. Includes website, CRM, webchat and scheduling. • Standard (€69.95/month) — For growing businesses. Adds AI phone agent, WhatsApp, email campaigns, automation workflows, team management, knowledge base, and a dedicated phone number. • Complete (€129.95/month) — Full power. Adds custom domain, social media management, and video generation. All memberships include a 14-day free trial. Annual billing saves 17%.

Can I change or cancel my membership?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and iDEAL (popular in the Netherlands). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. On request, we also offer invoice-based payment.

Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?

Absolutely. Security and privacy are core to our platform: • All data hosted on EU servers (Netherlands) • Full GDPR/AVG compliance with Data Processing Agreement (DPA) • Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3) • Automatic data retention policies • Regular security audits • You own your data — export anytime • Two-factor authentication available

Can I export my data?

Yes. You own your data at all times. You can export your contacts, conversations, invoices, and website content from the dashboard. CRM data can be exported in standard formats (CSV, JSON). If you cancel, your data remains available for 30 days for download.
