Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. EasyID also uses localStorage, a similar storage technology in your browser. In this policy we mention both for clarity.
We use a minimal number of cookies and localStorage items. Below is a complete overview:

These items are placed without prior consent, as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service.
On profile pages we measure, with your consent, the number of views, link clicks and vCard downloads. This data is not stored as a cookie but directly in our own database. No tracking cookies are placed.
The cookie banner on profile pages asks for your consent. If you choose "Decline", no analytical data will be collected.
On our marketing and information pages (such as this page) we also use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visitor statistics. This tracking is not on your public profile pages. See Google's privacy policy.
