Article 1 — Definitions

• EasyID: the digital business card service offered by Flexys.ai
• User: any natural or legal person who creates an account with EasyID
• Profile: the digital business card that the user creates and shares
• Service: the EasyID platform including website, portal and all associated functionalities
• Network: the feature allowing users to save and manage contacts from other profiles

Article 2 — Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to any use of the EasyID service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Article 3 — Account and registration

To use EasyID you create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activities that take place under your account are your responsibility.

You guarantee that the information you provide is correct and complete.

Article 4 — Use of the service

With EasyID you can:

• Create and manage a digital business card
• Share your profile via QR code or personal link
• Save contacts from other users to your network
• View analytics on profile views and interactions
• Scan your paper card with the AI scanner to populate your profile
• Receive lead notifications when someone saves your contact

Article 4a — Scan & Win promotions

With EasyID Pro you can set up a Scan & Win promotion that visitors can enter. The following applies:

• You are solely responsible for the promotion: the prize, the accuracy and completeness of the promotion terms, and actually awarding the prize to the winner.
• You ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the GDPR and the rules for promotional activities, vis-à-vis the participants.
• With regard to participant data, you are the data controller; EasyID only provides the platform and acts as data processor.
• EasyID is not liable for your promotions, the prizes offered or the consequences thereof.

Article 5 — Free and paid services

EasyID offers a free account (Free) with basic functionality. Advanced features such as analytics, AI scanner, network and lead notifications are available via paid subscriptions (Pro, Multi).

Paid subscriptions are charged monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to EasyID (photos, texts, links). By uploading content you grant EasyID permission to display it on your profile page and in the network of other users who save your contact.

The EasyID platform, design, code and brand are the property of Flexys.ai.

Article 7 — Prohibited use

It is not permitted to use EasyID for:

• Distributing illegal, misleading or offensive content
• Creating profiles under a false identity
• Spam, phishing or other forms of abuse
• Infringing intellectual property rights of third parties
• Disrupting or overloading the service

Article 8 — Liability

EasyID is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the service
• Loss of data due to technical failures (we do make regular backups)
• Indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit

The total liability of EasyID is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees over the past 12 months.

Article 9 — Termination

You can delete your account at any time via the portal or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile data, saved contacts and analytics will be permanently deleted.

EasyID reserves the right to delete or block accounts in the event of violation of these terms or abuse of the service.

Article 10 — Privacy

We handle your personal data with care. See our privacy policy for all details on data processing, storage and your rights.

Article 11 — Amendments

We may amend these terms. For material changes we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 12 — Applicable law

These terms and use of EasyID are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
